JAM MASUK & KELUAR / CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Waktu check-in pukul 15.00. Jika Anda ingin check-in lebih awal, biaya tambahan sebesar 50% dari
tarif kamar akan dikenakan untuk check-in antara pukul 10.00 hingga 15.00, dan biaya tambahan
sebesar tarif sehari penuh untuk check-in antara pukul 07.00 hingga 10.00.
Waktu check-out adalah pukul 12:00. Jika Anda ingin memperpanjang waktu check-out, biaya
tambahan sebesar 50% dari tarif kamar Anda akan dikenakan untuk check-out antara pukul 12.00
hingga 18.00 dan dan biaya tambahan sebesar tarif sehari penuh untuk check-out setelah pukul
18.00.
Permintaan check-in lebih awal dan check-out lebih lambat tergantung ketersediaan dan tidak dapat
dijamin. Permintaan terlebih dahulu diperlukan. Anda dapat meminta check-in lebih awal atau check-
out lebih lambat setidaknya 1 x 24 jam sebelum kedatangan di layanan pelanggan kami.

Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. If you wish to check in early, an additional fee equal to 50% of your room
rate will be charged for checking in between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and an additional fee equal to the full
day rate for checking in between 07 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 50%
of your room rate will be charged for checking-out between 12.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m., and an
additional fee equal to the full day rate for checking-out after 6.00 p.m.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Advance request is required. You can request early check-in or late check-out at least 1 x 24 hours
prior to arrival at our customer service.

JUMLAH PENGHUNI MAKSIMAL / MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Jumlah orang (dewasa dan anak-anak) yang menginap di properti tidak boleh melebihi jumlah
maksimum tempat tidur yang tertera dalam konfirmasi pemesanan dan konfirmasi reservasi kecuali
diizinkan secara khusus.
The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum
number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation confirmation unless
specifically authorized.

PEMESANAN RUMAH / RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Konfirmasi pemesanan Anda akan dikirimkan melalui email dan nomor WhatsApp dalam waktu 1×24
jam, beserta daftar inventaris unit, buku panduan, dan invoice.
Your booking confirmation will be sent via e-mail and guest WhatsApp number within 1 x 24 hours,
along with the unit inventory list, guidebook, and invoice.
Setelah pihak hotel mengirimkan konfirmasi, tamu memiliki waktu 1 x 24 jam untuk menyelesaikan
proses pembayaran. Jika tamu membuat reservasi pada hari kedatangan, mereka diharuskan
membayar dalam waktu maksimal tiga jam. Reservasi akan dibatalkan jika pembayaran tidak berhasil
melewati waktu yang dijadwalkan.

Once the hotel sends a confirmation, the guest has 1 x 24 hours to complete the payment process.
Should guests make a reservation on the day of arrival, they are required to pay within a maximum of
three hours. The reservation will be canceled if the payment is unsuccessful after the scheduled time.

Sedikitnya 50% dari total pembayaran harus dibayarkan sebagai uang muka. Pelunasan pembayaran
dijadwalkan selambat-lambatnya tiga hari sebelum kedatangan.
A deposit payment of 50% of the total value of the booking will be required. The remaining balance
payment will be due no later than 3 days prior to arrival.

KEBIJAKAN PEMBATALAN & PERUBAHAN / AMENDMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Jika Anda membatalkan pemesanan yang telah dikonfirmasi, biaya pembatalan berikut biasanya
berlaku:
● 25% dari total harga sewa akan hangus jika pembatalan / perubahan dilakukan antara 8
hingga 14 hari sebelum dimulainya masa sewa.
● 50% dari total harga sewa akan hangus jika pembatalan / perubahan dilakukan antara 4
hingga 7 hari sebelum dimulainya masa sewa.
● 100% dari total harga sewa akan hangus jika pembatalan / perubahan dilakukan pada hari
kedatangan dan 3 hari sebelum dimulainya masa sewa.
In the event that you cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:

● 25% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation/amendment is made
between 8 and 14 days before the start of the rental period.
● 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation/amendment is made
between 4 and 7 days before the start of the rental period.
● 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation/amendment is made on the
day and 3 days before the start of the rental period.

UANG JAMINAN / SECURITY DEPOSIT

Uang jaminan dibayarkan antara 10% dan 25% dari jumlah total reservasi kamar individu. Namun
deposit ini dapat dikembalikan, asalkan tidak ada barang yang hilang atau rusak di kamar yang
ditempati selama Anda menginap.
A security deposit is paid between 10% and 25% of the total amount of the individual room
reservation. However, this deposit is refundable, provided there are no lost or damaged items in the
room occupied during your stay.

KEADAAN KAHAR / FORCE MAJEURE
Salah satu pihak, tanpa penalti atau tanggung jawab jika terjadi bencana alam, perubahan peraturan
pemerintah, kebakaran, banjir, atau gempa bumi, Anda dapat menunda jangka waktu tinggal yang
disepakati oleh kedua belah pihak.
Either party, without penalty or liability in the event of acts of God, government regulation, fire, flood,
or earthquake, you may postpone the period of stay agreed upon by both parties.

KEAMANAN & KESELAMATAN / SAFETY & SECURITY
Untuk menjamin keselamatan dan keamanan, CCTV ditempatkan di fasilitas umum.
Properti ini dilengkapi dengan alat pemadam kebakaran dan rencana evakuasi darurat di pintu setiap
kamar. Harap tinjau informasi penting ini.
Tamu tunduk pada hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Pelanggaran dapat
mengakibatkan tindakan hukum.

In order to ensure safety and security, CCTV is placed in the property shared facilities.
The property is fully equipped with fire extinguishers and emergency evacuation plans on the door of
each guest room. Please review this important information.
Guests are subject to applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. Violations may result in legal

BARANG PECAH & HILANG / BREAKAGE & MISSING ITEMS

Segala kerusakan atau kehilangan selama masa sewa, serta persyaratan pembersihan khusus
apapun karena kelalaian tamu, akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu dan dipotong dari uang jaminan.
Any damage or loss caused during the rental period, as well as any special cleaning requirement due
to the negligence of guests, will be the guest's responsibility and may be charged to the guest's
account and deducted from the security deposit.

PENEMUAN BARANG HILANG / LOST & FOUND

Semua barang berharga yang ditemukan disimpan di departemen Housekeeping kami selama tiga
bulan. Silakan hubungi Layanan Pelanggan kami jika Anda melewatkan sesuatu. Barang yang tidak
diakui selama tiga bulan sejak ditemukan, maka tidak lagi menjadi tanggung jawab kami dan akan
dimusnahkan.
